REGENERATION specialist Urban Union is handing over the first eight properties on its inaugural fully self-delivered development in Glasgow.
The handovers, at Pollokshaws Living in the south side of the city, mark a milestone for the developer, which until 2019 exclusively used its shareholders to deliver its construction.
The £25 million project is the builder’s first development which it will fully deliver and where all homes offered are for private sale. The site forms part of the Transforming Communities: Glasgow programme that aims to regenerate eight neighbourhoods across the city.
Urban Union, which is part of Robertson Group, currently has three large regeneration projects across Scotland: two in Glasgow and one in Edinburgh.
Set to complete in 2023, Pollokshaws Living will offer a variety of different house types.

One of the homeowners to receive their new property at Pollokshaws Living was Soraya Din. Soraya said, “I’m moving into this home because it suits all of my needs as an active older person.
