DM Hall has announced the sale of AxSys House, a 5,479 square foot business pavilion in Paisley’s Glasgow Airport Business Park, for an undisclosed price.
The facility, which was marketed at offers over £500,000, boasts open plan office accommodation on two floors, including glass partitioned offices, meeting rooms and a boardroom.
Claire Hutton of DM Hall who, together with her colleague Jonathan McManus, oversaw the sale, said, “The market for modern, open plan office accommodation in the Greater Glasgow area remains brisk. An added attraction in the case of AxSys House, its proximity both to the airport and to the M8, sparked significant interest amongst property investors and others seeking high-quality office space.”
