CALEDONIA Housing Association has appointed Bancon Construction to start the third and final phase of its development in the village of Woodside, near Coupar Angus in Perthshire.
12 homes for social rent are under construction and due to for completion in summer 2021. A total of 24 homes are already occupied at the development. The 12 latest properties will provide accommodation from 2-5 bedrooms.
Andrew Kilpatrick, development director at Caledonia Housing Association, said, “This is an attractive, rural location, and we are pleased to be embarking on the third and final phase of housing for the village, offering a good mix of housing to suit varying needs.”
