Construction complete on two new Rutherglen office pavilions

WORK has been completed on two new office pavilions at Clyde Gateway’s Rutherglen Links Business Park.

Two and Three Rutherglen Links, designed by Keppie and built by Clark Contracts, are now on the market for prospective tenants.

The £4 million buildings offer a combined 15,000 sq ft of space for around 120 employees.  Each two storey pavilion is described as being capable of can accommodating a range of occupier requirements.

Clyde Gateway’s multi-million-pound Rutherglen Links Business Park is already home to engineering solutions provider SPIE and essential business services provider Clear Business Water within the One Rutherglen Links building. The industrial developments on the park have also attracted a range of companies including Ford Retail, Screwfix, TransCanada Turbines, Eurocell, Equis, Bath Giant and Plumbstore.
