CALA Homes (West) is set to launch a 203-home development in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
Prince’s Quay, the housebuilder’s first ever Glasgow city centre development, will be virtually opening its doors to potential buyers on July 13, with a view to taking reservations from July 20.
The properties will be built on the vacant former site of the Glasgow Garden Festival at Pacific Quay. The development comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses.
Construction has now resumed on-site after work was paused due to lockdown restrictions, with the first residents due to be welcomed by early 2021.
Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes (West) said, “This is an extremely exciting development for us, and we can’t wait to show potential homebuyers what’s on offer. Like every other homebuilder we’ve faced challenges in recent months due to lockdown restrictions, but as these have gradually eased, we’re delighted that construction has been able to resume, bringing us one step closer to welcoming our first residents to this fantastic development.
“We’re taking the sales process online to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible, so it will definitely be a different home buying experience, but you can still expect the same attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Prince’s Quay will offer a unique opportunity to live in an unrivalled central location while experiencing the ultimate in modern urban living.”
CALA has teamed up with Savills, who will be handling the sales at Prince’s Quay.
The sales launch follows the announcement of CALA Homes (West)’s partnership with Social Bite, which will see CALA donate money to support the charity’s various projects across Scotland.
