PROPERTY developer Wemyss Properties is celebrating after being nominated in three separate categories for this year’s Scottish Home Awards.
The developer has been shortlisted for the Housebuilder of the Year (less than 100 units) title, as well Small Housing Development of the Year for the new-build apartments at Craigleith Road in Edinburgh which are due to come to market shortly.
The final shortlisting comes in the Renovation Project of the Year category for the refurbishment of two adjacent townhouse properties at Newton Place, near Park Circus, in Glasgow, creating four homes with ‘fine’ architectural features.
