SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has secured 10,000 sq ft of industrial space at Bellshill Industrial Estate for iconic Scottish brand, Tunnock’s.
A five year lease on the recently refurbished property will provide the bakery with a dedicated yard area, with office accommodation to the front and a warehouse at the rear.
