FRASER Lynes has been promoted to the role of managing director for Cruden Homes (West).
Fraser, a quantity surveyor, has been with the Cruden Group for over twelve years, starting out as development surveyor before progressing to land and development director. In his new role, he will also become a board member of the Cruden Group development board, alongside Steven Simpson, MD of Cruden Homes (East).
Kevin Reid, chief executive of the Cruden Group said, “Fraser brings a wealth of experience and diverse skills within the property sector to this role. Together with identifying new development opportunities for public sector clients, Fraser will drive forward plans to expand the Group’s offering for private housing, build to rent housing and retirement housing right across the West of Scotland.”
