COMMERCIAL building consultancy Malcolm Hollis has announced three promotions at its Glasgow office.
David Smith, a specialist in environmental matters who joined the firm in 2016, has been promoted to associate. He is a practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Management (PIEMA) and an operational team member of the 2050 Climate Group.
Malcolm Smith has also been promoted to associate. He joined Malcolm Hollis in 2015, when he introduced a new business stream in the form of insurance reinstatement works under the project management division. He is a former chair of the RICS Matrics in Glasgow.
The third new associate is Rory Cullens, who joined in 2015 and specialises in dilapidations and project management.
