CRUDEN Homes is celebrating after winning the Large Housing Development of the Year category at the 2019 Scottish Home Awards for its Meadowside development in Aberlady, East Lothian.
The project comprises 81 homes, set in the picturesque village of Aberlady. Cruden said the ‘prestigious design’ and ‘stunning coastal location’ has caught the imagination of buyers – combining the benefits of village life with convenient commuter links to Edinburgh.
This year’s Scottish Home Awards were held at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel in Glasgow and honoured the greatest achievements in new build housing across Scotland.
Cruden Homes was also a finalist in a further six categories. Sales and marketing director Hazel Davies said, “We are extremely proud that our Meadowside development has been recognised by industry experts and our peers for its quality, distinctiveness and design. This award is a reflection of our team’s dedication and expertise, from innovative design and quality of delivery, right through to sales and aftercare – collectively making Meadowside such a huge success.”
