CALA Homes (North) is celebrating after winning the Outstanding Customer Service prize at the Trades Awards 2019.
Acknowledging the housebuilder’s work across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, the firm was honoured alongside tradespeople from across Scotland’s north east at a ceremony in Aberdeen.
Stuart Moggach, customer experience manager at CALA Homes (North) said, “We are delighted to have been recognised for our dedication to customer service by the Trades Awards. Positive feedback from our customers is imperative to the brand – this award is further validation of the exceptional experience and product we offer our customers.
“At CALA Homes, the customer journey is of the upmost importance, from start to finish. We continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, ensuring our service remains first class. This accolade is testament to the passion and hard work the team delivers day in, day out to create the high-quality homes and buying process that purchasers expect from CALA.”
Mike Wilson, MD of Mearns & Gill, organisers of the Trades Awards commented, “Once again, the Trades Awards has uncovered 14 incredible individuals and businesses, who are all helping to put the North East construction industry on the map. This year has been incredible for many reasons, from the fact that we have our highest number of female finalists ever, ranging from joiners to architects, to seeing that so many companies now understand the importance of embracing innovation to the development of the industry.
“The category of Outstanding Customer Service was once again one of the most difficult categories to judge, due to the standard of applicant, which is a great reflection of the industry in the north east.”
CALA Homes currently has five live developments across the area – Cults Park in Cults; CALA at Grandhome in Bridge of Don; Craibstone Estate in Aberdeen; Milltimber Manor at Oldfold Village in Milltimber; and The Grove in Inverurie.
