BUILDING contractor Qualis Ltd has moved its headquarters from Barrhead to the newly refurbished Gatehouse building in Westway Park, Renfrew.
The firm has 20 employees and wanted a larger base to allow for future expansion. Qualis has agreed a two-year lease on the premises.
Kirsty Gray, office manager at Qualis said, “We are an energetic business with ambitious growth plans. Securing our new headquarters location is another important step in our continued development. We are delighted with the quality of office space here at Westway.”
Canmoor purchased Westway a year ago and said it has managed the refurbishment of the Gatehouse office suites, as well as making improvements to the overall park infrastructure. Tom White, director at Canmoor added, “Qualis is an excellent addition to our impressive tenant mix at Westway. We look forward to them growing and developing their operations further.
“We have witnessed new degrees of optimism in the Renfrewshire office market, with increased demand for space at Westway. The Gatehouse office suites offer the perfect blend of location and specification that occupiers are seeking.”
