SIPs Scotland is celebrating after winning a UK-wide award for an innovative Perthshire project.
SIPs Scotland, which is part of THCL Building and Renovation, triumphed at the Build It Awards 2018 in the ‘Best SIPs Home’ category for its Tighetebhu custom house build.
The Tighetebhu property is located near Inchture village. The project was designed by AC Architects, with SIPs Scotland selected as main contractors. The property comprises a large entertaining space featuring a bespoke handmade kitchen/dining area/lowered lounge, sun room, four double bedrooms, cinema room, games room, plant room and double garage. To aid accessibility, the property was fitted with a glass-fronted lift and incorporated a curved kitchen/dining/lounge area which required the use of faceted Kingspan TEK SIPs panels,
