MACTAGGART & Mickel Homes is celebrating after becoming the first housebuilder in Scotland to be awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Platinum accreditation.
Only 2% of IIP-accredited organisations in the UK – just 78 companies – have attained this standard, which recognises the success of the company’s commitment to develop, reward and support employees.
