CCG Asset Management, the planned maintenance division for CCG, has commenced work on 88 bathroom upgrades in Paisley.
The kitchen and bathroom replacement specialist has completed over 600 installations in the last year. The latest project, for Paisley Housing, was procured through the i-FLAIR Property Maintenance Framework, a 4-year agreement between housing associations in the areas of East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Renfrewshire.
CCG Asset Management manager Stephen Riley said, “Operating on the i-FLAIR Property Maintenance Framework means that clients such as Paisley Housing are offered a direct route to procuring a quality contractor for best value and that is certainly epitomised by CCG Asset Management. When undertaking such contracts, our team want to ensure that the process is as streamlined as possible for residents, especially for those who have specific needs. We have carried out extensive surveys to each property and scheduled all installations to suit both the Association and the tenants.”
Technical manager Elaine Thomson added, ‘’We are pleased at the positive tenant feedback already on the quality of the new bathrooms.’’
