GHL has appointed Hardies Property & Construction Consultants to oversee the construction of a new student development in Edinburgh.
Hardies will act as project manager, quantity surveyor and principal designer on the construction of 93 student studios at Stanley Place, east of the city centre.
Murray Warner, Partner at Hardies said, “This exciting project has allowed us to build on our experience managing the construction of 173 student studios in Aberdeen, which achieved a BREEAM Outstanding design award.
“We are working with Hackland & Dore, The Keenan Consultancy and Scott Bennett Associates to provide the studios for GHL in time for the student intake in the summer of 2019.”
