ARTISAN Real Estate Investors has purchased the Custom House development site in Glasgow city centre for more than the £1.75 million asking price.
The Grade A-Listed Custom House, which is currently vacant, and adjoining land overlooking Glasgow’s waterfront has planning consent for a 14-storey hotel incorporating a restaurant and bar, conference and meeting facilities, and a gym and leisure facilities.
