HOUSING body CIH Scotland has a new home in newly refurbished office space in Edinburgh’s Fountainbridge.
The organisation has moved from its Princes Street base to a ground floor suite within Grade A building, 160 Dundee Street.
JLL acted as joint agents with CKD Galbraith on behalf of landlords Vibernum to secure the 10-year lease, while Savills acted for CIH Scotland.
Geoff Scott, associate director at JLL in Edinburgh said, “With increasingly high occupancy levels in central Edinburgh, high quality space on the periphery of the city centre is proving popular with prospective occupiers.
“Located to the west of Edinburgh’s financial district, CIH Scotland’s new location offers an ideal base which is easily accessible for visitors travelling from other parts of Scotland. A 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Haymarket railway station, the area is also well serviced by local transport.”
