Esh Border Construction has strengthened its reputation with a range of projects across Scotland and northern England worth a combined £30 million.
The firm, part of Esh Group, has completed a variety of Scottish jobs including a project for 18 new houses in Kelso, a project for new residential units in Musselburgh, seven bungalows in North Berwick and 46 new houses at Stonefield in Hawick.
The company has also been involved with several social housing projects in northern England. It has further built on its Scottish social housing successes with a recently secured framework to repair and refurbish the extensive housing stock of Edinburgh City.
Simon Phillips, regional managing director of Esh Border Construction said, “Our strong reputation for successful delivery of both new build and refurbishment projects has resulted in some £30million of social housing projects, and we aim to continue growing that further, simultaneously enhancing geographical coverage.
“In taking on these projects, we have utilised our significant experience across a broad spectrum of sectors, including education, retail, industrial, commercial, leisure, public, healthcare, and historic buildings. Earlier in the year, we underlined our commitment in Scotland with the opening of new offices in Livingston. It’s very gratifying to find that the local authorities and housing associations we work with continue to return to us with new projects, such is their belief in what we do.”
Esh Group recently posted a turnover of £277m for the year ending December 2014.
