BUCCLEUCH Property has announced two new strategic appointments to its team. The Edinburgh based property company is being joined by Philip Eves and Lucy Duff to expand its investment and asset management capability. With a combined experience of 22 years, Eves and Duff will bring their extensive knowledge and skills to the business as it continues to identify and deliver opportunities across the UK.
Philip Eves joins Buccleuch as a Director from Robertson Property, where he was a Director leading asset management and development projects since 2012. He was previously at Kenmore Property Group, responsible for acquisitions, disposals and asset management. Since Eves became Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors qualified in 2002 he has worked for private property companies, with a focus on secondary commercial property primarily in the office and industrial sectors. His experience covers investment, intensive asset management and development, together with a strong knowledge of the renewables sector. He has carried out over £500m of investment transactions throughout the UK and has been responsible for executing the asset management plan of most of these projects.
Lucy Duff will join as Associate Director and was previously at Jones Lang LaSalle for eight years. Lucy specialised in Property and Asset Management for a wide range of national and local retail, industrial and office clients. Duff also spent 18 months working as Asset Manager on Scottish Enterprise’s Investment Property Portfolio, which was valued at around £150 million. Lucy is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
