LEADING restaurant and café chain Giraffe has been confirmed as the first occupier for 1 West Regent Street, a new landmark development in Glasgow city centre.
Giraffe, which has 51 outlets across the UK and Dubai but currently only one in Scotland, will operate from unit 2 on the ground level of 1 West Regent Street upon completion of construction. The firm has acquired the unit, which extends to 3,057 sq ft, on a 15-year FRI lease.
James Godfrey from Culverwell, joint retail letting agent for 1 West Regent Street, described it as “fantastic news” for the building.
