GIRAFFE has chosen a landmark development for their first Glasgow operation.
The popular restaurant chain will move into 1 West Regent Street, which is being developed by Mountgrange Real Estate Opportunity Fund and M&G Real Estate.
On completion it will deliver approximately 143,000 sq ft of Grade A office and retail space.
