FIFE Council has approved publication of the first stage in a new local development plan that will replace the three existing local plans when it is adopted in 2015. The Main Issues Report is the key consultation stage in the preparation of the new plan and will set out the council’s general proposals for development for the period from 2015-25. It is anticipated that the proposals will be presented for approval this time next year.
