REID Mitchell HD has appointed Jackie Harvey as a director and head of strategic advisory.
Jackie has more than 25 years’ experience spanning government, consultancy and contractor organisations. Prior to joining RMHD, she held senior positions within the Crown Commercial Service and the Government Commercial Agency, where she led strategic commercial initiatives and worked across central and local government to support procurement and infrastructure challenges. Most recently, Jackie served as head of PFI/PPP strategy within the Government Commercial Agency, helping shape approaches to the management and expiry of PFI and PPP contracts across the public sector.
Her career has also included leadership roles at Faithful and Gould and Currie and Brown, where she advised in major infrastructure investments, public-private partnerships, lender due diligence and asset management strategies.
In her new role, Jackie will lead RMHD’s strategic advisory practice, supporting clients across the infrastructure and built environment lifecycle — including public sector bodies, private equity, funders, FM providers, and operational partners — while driving the expansion of the firm’s asset management capabilities.
Drew Russell, a founding director at RMHD, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Jackie to RMHD. Her breadth of experience across both government and consultancy, combined with her deep understanding of public sector delivery, commercial strategy and infrastructure investment, makes her an outstanding addition to our leadership team.”
Jackie Harvey added, “I am delighted to be joining RMHD at such an exciting time for the business. Throughout my career I have been passionate about helping both public and private sector organisations achieve better outcomes through effective strategy, commercial excellence and collaborative delivery.”
