BELLWAY Scotland East has completed the acquisition of a 17.76-acre site at Millerhill Phase 2 development at Shawfair, paving the way for 170 new properties.
The move follows the granting of Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSC) consent.
The Sidings at Shawfair is Bellway’s third development site in the wider Shawfair masterplan, which has consent for 4,000 new homes as well as new schools, green spaces, retail, and leisure facilities.
