SAVILLS has appointed Jamie Adam as head of residential development sales for Scotland, following the retirement of Carole Mackie, who has held the role since 2018.
The move adds responsibility for the Scottish business to Jamie’s existing role leading the firm’s residential development sales teams across the north of England. He will now oversee the firm’s development sales teams across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
Savills said the appointment comes as residential development markets continue to evolve, with developers increasingly seeking access to ‘broader buyer audiences’ and integrated sales strategies that combine local market knowledge with national reach.
