EDINBURGH’S Millburn Tower has been put up for sale for the first time in decades, with Knight Frank’s commercial and residential teams appointed to market the estate at offers in excess of £1.8 million.
The B-listed country house is currently used for commercial purposes but could be converted back to residential use, subject to planning. It has been best known in recent years as the former HQ of wealth manager Walter Scott & Partners.

The building is formed as a two-storey castellated keep with a long Tudor Gothic wing and was built in the early 19th century for the diplomat Sir Robert Liston.
