CLARK Contracts recently welcomed over 200 customers to the firm’s annual receptions held in the east and west of Scotland.
The first event took place at Edinburgh’s Le Monde Hotel on George Street, followed by one at Glasgow’s Corinthian Club.
At both events, MD Gordon Cunningham addressed guests with a short speech and video presentation, which highlighted the continued growth and strong performance of the business, including its £150 million turnover milestone, work across a range of sectors, and investment in developing people. It also recognised the company’s award success, including being awarded the Learning Excellence Award for a second time and being shortlisted for Contractor of the Year at the UK Construction News Awards.
Gordon said, “Our annual customer receptions are always a valuable opportunity to bring people together, thank those who continue to work with us, and reflect on the progress made across the business. This year’s events allowed us to highlight not only the projects we are delivering, but also the investment we are making in our people, our communities and the continued growth of the company.”
The events also raised over £2,000, which Clark Contracts matched, bringing the total raised for SAMH to over £4,000 during Suicide Prevention Month. The funds will support the charity’s mental health and suicide prevention work across Scotland. Since launching their partnership with SAMH in 2022, Clark Contracts has raised nearly £40,000 for the charity.
