SPRINGFIELD Properties is launching the next phase at its Bertha Park development in Perth, bringing forward 43 new homes including new house styles.
Wood Edge will offer a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes, including the three-bed Askernish and four-bedroom Gleneagles from Springfield’s new house style range, which will be available in Perthshire for the first time.
Once complete, Bertha Park will comprise 3,000 homes, a quarter of which will be affordable housing. To date, nearly 600 homes are occupied within the village. The development includes Bertha Park High School, a destination play park, woodland and loch walks, a pond, a local convenience store, community hub and its own bus route.
Springfield sales executive Matthew O’Kane said, “Bertha Park has become the kind of place people move to and stay, with village-style living close to Perth city centre, ample green space, local amenities and a community feel. Families and buyers looking for more space now have more choice at Bertha Park, with these new homes offering practical, considered features that make everyday living easier.”
