AIC Heating UK Ltd has celebrated a construction milestone with the topping out of its new £6 million HQ and training facility in Lochgelly, Fife.
To mark completion of the building’s structural frame and roof, an event was held which brought together representatives from Fife Council, main contractor Redpath Construction, and the wider design team that includes Hardies Chartered Surveyors, Entasis Architects, Bayne Stevenson Associates, Helix Consulting and Tayview Management Services.
Once complete, the facility will become AIC Heating UK’s flagship UK base, providing office, warehouse and training space. It will showcase the company’s latest commercial heating technologies, including commercial gas boilers and hot water generators, as well as help to drive the transition to a greener future with the firm’s low carbon air source heat pumps and energy storage systems. The building will also serve as a hub for colleagues and clients from across Europe.
AIC Heating UK currently employs 12 people in Fife and is expecting to increase the local workforce in line with continued growth.
