TILBURY Douglas has announced it secured more than £500 million of new projects across a range of sectors during the first half of 2026.
The building, fit-out, infrastructure and engineering business’ current order book stands at £1.7 billion, representing an increase of more than 20% compared with the same period in 2025.
The company revealed it has continued to invest in its defence capabilities, increasing its market share and securing a growing volume of defence-related project work.
Tilbury Douglas has also maintained its position on the current Department for Education (DfE) framework and secured a place on the DfE’s £15.4 billion Construction Framework 2025 in the High Value Band (projects over £12m) for both the North and South lots.
In support of the DfE’s standardisation agenda, Tilbury Douglas has adopted its own Industrial Construction Strategy, focused on platform-based procurement to drive ‘greater efficiency, consistency and value’ in project delivery.
The business also completed the rebrand of its specialist fit-out service line, Paragon, to Tilbury Douglas Fit-Out, in a bid to create a ‘clearer and more unified identity’ for customers, partners and stakeholders.
