BELLWAY Scotland East has completed the acquisition of an 18.7-acre site in Kelty, paving the way for the construction of 132 new homes.
The move follows the granting of Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSC) consent in April. Pilgrim Manor, which is located on Cocklaw Street, forms the first phase of the wider South West Kelty Masterplan, a 114-acre development area which has consent for 900 new homes alongside employment land, green space, landscaping, and a new primary school.
