EIGHT graduates from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors have successfully completed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), achieving MRICS chartered status.
The candidates comprise six residential surveyors – Roddy Innes, Robert Gibson and Cameron Quate (Edinburgh), Emma Waclawski (Perth), Michael Hazelwood (Coatbridge) and Fraser Millar (East Kilbride) – and two property managers – Hugh McGinley (Glasgow) and Tracey Mackay (Edinburgh).
Ian Fergusson, senior partner at Shepherd, said, “Congratulations to the latest group to benefit from our ongoing commitment to investing in graduate surveyors, supporting their development and helping them achieve their professional qualifications. Their success reflects the strength of the training and support we provide, and our clients will benefit from their expertise as they move forward in the next stage of their careers in the surveying profession.
“I would also like to thank our team of assessors for the support they provide to APC candidates throughout their structured training, including preparation for final assessment. As a firm, we remain fully committed to developing the next generation of surveyors.”
Shepherd supports graduates and trainees through the RICS APC process to help them attain MRICS chartered status, offering structured training that includes on-the-job mentoring, specialised CPD days and mock interview support.
