KNIGHT Property Group has appointed Aberdeen-based MTM Construction to lead the next phase of speculative commercial development at Kingshill Park in Westhill.
The work will see eight new-build commercial units with a total of 18,800 sq ft on a prominent greenfield site within Kingshill Park, known as The Hub.
The development will comprise four sustainable units of 2,500 sq ft and four units of 2,200 sq ft, with the flexibility to combine units to create larger floorplates of up to 10,000 sq ft in response to occupier demand.
Each unit will include high-quality office accommodation and dedicated car parking, providing flexible space suitable for a wide range of light industrial and trade counter occupiers.
Construction on the 26-week development is scheduled to commence in June 2026, with completion anticipated by the end of the year.
