BUSINESSES are being invited to take a closer look at two newly-completed industrial units at Enterprise Park Forres.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has invested £1.2 million in the development, creating two 150 sqm units designed to support a range of business uses – including light industrial, manufacturing, and research and development.
An open day is being held on June 24 (10am-3pm) in partnership with FG Burnett, HIE’s property agents. It will give prospective tenants the chance to view the space and find out more about what Enterprise Park Forres has to offer.
The units have been designed as flexible, self-contained spaces that businesses can make their own. Each includes sectional roller doors, dedicated parking, EV charging points, cycle storage, solar panels, and electric heating/air-conditioning.
HIE added that the development offers a new option for businesses seeking smaller industrial units locally, adding to the range of properties already available at Enterprise Park Forres.
David Reid HIE’s area manager for Moray, said, “These units are a fantastic addition to the Park. It’s great to see them completed and ready to welcome businesses. We’ve designed them to offer a high quality, flexible space for local businesses looking to grow. Whether it’s a company looking for room to expand or a business seeking a new base, they offer a great environment in a location with a strong track record for innovation and partnership working.”
The Manufacturing Innovation Centre Moray has also opened on the park, helping businesses develop new products and processes and supporting innovation and business efficiency.
