CLARK Contracts has commenced work on the £4.4 million build of industrial accommodation at Annickbank Innovation Campus in Irvine.
The project will deliver three new industrial units offering around 1,500 sqm of modern, energy-efficient space for a range of businesses and represents the final phase of development at Annickbank Innovation Campus.
Earlier phases have delivered almost 3,000 sqm of business space alongside infrastructure including roads, servicing and parking. The site also saw the completion of a new office pavilion by Clark Contracts in 2024.
