THE JR Group has delivered 17 new homes at the Coshneuk Road development in Millerston, as part of a £4.2 million project in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council.
The homes represent The JR Group’s first project with the local authority – transforming a former council depot into a new community of modern and sustainable homes.
The 17 new properties comprise a mix of one and two-bedroom flats, as well as a number of two, three and four-bedroom affordable family homes and a specially designed accessible bungalow.
The homes feature renewable ground source heat pump systems, solar panels, triple glazing and advanced insulation.

This milestone project is part of North Lanarkshire Council’s ambitious strategy to deliver 6,000 new homes by 2035, and we are honoured to play a role in helping bring this vision to life.”
