THE JR Group has delivered 17 new homes at the Coshneuk Road development in Millerston, as part of a £4.2 million project in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council.
The homes represent The JR Group’s first project with North Lanarkshire Council – transforming a former council depot into a new community of modern and sustainable homes.
The 17 new homes comprise a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats, as well as a number of two-, three- and four-bedroom affordable family homes and a specially designed accessible bungalow.
These new homes feature renewable ground source heat pump systems, solar panels, triple glazing and advanced insulation, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency, lower carbon emissions and increased comfort for prospective tenants.
