RFM lands £10m facilities management contract at Queen Margaret University

ROBERTSON Facilities Management (RFM) has secured a £10 million contract to deliver integrated hard and soft facilities management services at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.

The contract, awarded via the Crown Commercial Framework following a competitive procurement process, will run for five years and covers the full university campus, including academic buildings, public spaces and halls of residence.

Services include planned and reactive building maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, plumbing, small works projects, cleaning and waste management. The contract also incorporates services for the Edinburgh Innovation HUB, which is due to be brought into scope over the next 12-18 months.
