MAXI Caledonian Ltd, the ultimate holding company of Maxi Haulage Ltd, Maxi Construction Ltd and Maxi Warehousing Ltd, has announced an increase in both turnover and pre-tax profit for the year ended 30 September 2025.
Overall group turnover exceeded £106 million, with profit before tax of just over £5 million.
Maxi Construction increased turnover during to over £21 million, with pre-tax profits of £3.5 million. The results benefited from consolidation of completed projects and trading was said to have continued successfully into the following year.
Maxi Haulage experienced challenges of poor trading conditions in the haulage industry. While results were described as ‘lower than desired’, the performance was considered ‘satisfactory’ given current sector profit pressures.
In the current financial period the company faces issues from the situation in Iran, which has affected fuel supply and increased operating costs together with client logistic changes. Maxi revealed the situation is under ‘constant daily review’.
