THE final phase of the £220 million, 1,391-home Richmond Gate development in Oatlands, Glasgow is underway.

Avant Homes Scotland has developed the former tenement site at Oatlands, having originally started work on the now completed phases 20 years ago. During that time, the company has welcomed more than 3,000 residents and created a new community three miles from the city centre on the south bank of the River Clyde.

Richmond Heights is the final phase and comprises seven styles of two-bedroom apartments. The seven buildings which make up the final phase are located on the edge of Richmond Park. Work on this phase is underway, with buyers scheduled to move into their new homes towards the end of the year.

Avant Homes Scotland sales director, Lisa Archibald, said, “This development has been a hugely successful regeneration project over the past 20 years. We are proud to have created a new place within Glasgow which is home to a thriving community benefiting from riverside living, a host of nearby amenities and proximity to the city centre.”
