Enovateq latest occupier at Aberdeen Innovation Park’s Davidson House

AM Sci Tech, the owner of Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks, has concluded a further letting at Davidson House within Aberdeen Innovation Park.

Engineering solutions partner, Enovateq is the latest occupier to join the flagship office building – relocating from the James Gregory Centre, also located on the park. The company is expanding operations and taking Unit B10, which extends to 746 sq ft.

The new office will accommodate a team of seven, with plans already underway for further recruitment. This will increase the overall headcount to eight, supporting continued growth, driven by recent contract wins.

Founded in 2019 by directors Steven Drummond and Dave Mitchell, Enovateq provides a comprehensive range of engineering and support services. These include everything from basic drawings to full concept development scopes, project management, manufacturing testing and documentation.

While the majority of client work is within the oil and gas sector, the company also operates across a diverse range of industries. The business has experienced steady organic growth since its inception, with several significant contract awards over the past two year, accelerating its expansion.

Steven Drummond, director of Enovateq, commented, “We’ve been based at the Innovation Park since launching the business seven years ago. We started off small at the James Gregory Centre and gradually expanded, but recent contract wins have meant that it is time to move into a larger space at Davidson House.

“We are very happy here and keen to remain within the park, so securing this new office is the ideal solution for our team as we continue to grow.”

Gordon Pirie, fund manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, added, “It is always pleasing to see existing occupiers grow and expand within the park. Enovateq is a great example of how the flexibility of space at Aberdeen Innovation Park enables businesses to scale, while remaining in the same location.

“Davidson House offers a high-quality, well-connected working environment. We look forward to continuing to support Enovateq, as it continues its growth journey.”

Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks offer a range of flexible office solutions, including leased and serviced offices, designed to accommodate occupiers of all sizes. The Parks are located approximately three miles north of Aberdeen city centre and benefit from excellent transport links, including close proximity to the Third Don Crossing.

Davidson House forms part of Aberdeen Innovation Park’s flagship office offering, providing high-quality workspace for forward-looking and ambitious businesses. Other occupiers at Davidson House include Appetite for Business, heading by Sheryl Newman, Mother Technologies, Schoeller-Bleckmann, Absoft , NG Bailey, Bill Smith Accountancy and DVSA.
