CBRE has advised Buchan Offshore Wind on its relocation to 3,733 sq. ft. of new office space at Ediston’s refurbished 70 Wellington Street in Glasgow.
The move is designed to support the company’s expansion within Scotland’s renewable energy sector.
70 Wellington Street, located in Glasgow’s central business district, has been redeveloped to deliver fully-fitted workspace alongside shared amenities, including breakout areas and meeting facilities. Ediston has invested £3.5 million in the refurbishment, delivering an overhaul of the reception area, basement wellness facilities, ground floor lounge and a range of office suites.

The new office will act as a central hub for project delivery, stakeholder engagement and supply-chain collaboration, supporting both onshore and offshore development activity.

Buchan Offshore wind joins other tenants at 70 Wellington Street including Thompsons Solicitors, IT Levy & McRae and Planet DDS.
