BTR specialist PLATFORM_, an integrated investor, developer, operator and asset manager, has announced the appointment of Matt Garner as its new chief financial officer.
Matt has 13 years’ experience of real estate CFO roles, most recently at Praxis Real Estate Management Limited. He also spent six years at PwC following qualification as a chartered accountant at Simmons Gainsford Group.
PLATFORM_ is entering its second decade of operation as a BTR investor, developer and operator. The business has developed a portfolio and pipeline of circa 4,200 homes across the UK, including projects in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Matt succeeds Jonathan Rae who is leaving PLATFORM_ after eight years to take up the role of CFO at Grosvenor Property UK.
