MAXIM Park at Eurocentral has announced that civil engineering specialist Wills Bros is expanding its operations at the Lanarkshire business park by acquiring 8,000 square feet in Maxim 3.
Founded in 1972, Wills Bros operates throughout the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe for clients across government, local authorities, airport, port and rail authorities, national roads authorities, and private clients and developers.
Maxim Park comprises ten purpose-built contemporary office buildings, surrounded by landscaped grounds, walkways and amenity spaces, including a putting green and allotments, creating a ‘campus-style’ working environment.
Jonathan Wills, director of Wills Bros, said, “Since 2010, our family business has been based at Maxim Park, originally occupying offices in Building 1. Over the years, as we have continued to grow, Maxim have consistently supported us by accommodating our evolving requirements and ensuring our space remains fit for purpose.
“As we now move into our new offices in Maxim 3, this transition marks an important step in our long-term plans, providing stability for the business and a modern, welcoming environment for our employees across the Park. The new space is designed to encourage collaboration, promote wellbeing, and support our future growth as we continue to invest in both our people and our presence at Maxim Park.”
Caroline Baillie, director of park services at Maxim Park, added, “Supporting Wills Bros as a long-term tenant highlights our solid relationship, strong retention, and continued growth at Maxim Park. Our high quality facilities, vibrant community, the appeal of our location, and our team makes Maxim attractive to businesses across different sizes and sectors.”
