Procast Group joins the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations

PROCAST Group has joined the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) as an associate member.

Operating across the UK, Procast Group delivers retrofit, refurbishment, and energy-efficiency solutions through its specialist divisions in building, property services, energy services, and consultancy.

The award-winning firm works closely with housing associations, local authorities and government to tackle fuel poverty, reduce carbon emissions, and improve the quality and sustainability of homes across the country.

By joining SFHA, Procast Group aims to deepen collaboration with housing providers at a time when social landlords face increasing challenges – including decarbonisation targets, rising costs, ageing housing stock and the need to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes at scale.

SFHA represents housing associations and co-operatives across Scotland, connecting organisations that work to deliver safe, affordable homes and sustainable communities. Its associate membership programme brings together specialist service providers who support the sector with expertise, innovation and industry knowledge.

As a solution provider working extensively in the social housing sector, Procast Group said it sees its membership as an opportunity to be a proactive and influential voice within the industry, helping shape conversations, share insight and support meaningful progress.

Through its SFHA membership, the company will collaborate with housing providers, share expertise, help problem solve and contribute to initiatives that strengthen communities and deliver long-term environmental and social value.

Derek Innes, group MD at Procast Group, said, “Procast Group is proud to join the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations as an Associate Member. Housing associations are facing unprecedented challenges as they work to decarbonise homes, tackle fuel poverty and maintain high-quality housing for their communities.

“We see ourselves as a force for good in this space. Being a part of SFHA allows us not only to support the sector as a trusted solution provider, but to be a valuable voice, helping shape the future of social housing in Scotland.

“We look forward to working alongside SFHA members, sharing our expertise and playing an instrumental role in delivering sustainable, energy-efficient homes that make a real difference to people’s lives.”

Alison Grady, business manager at SFHA, added, “At SFHA we know that retrofit and reaching net zero challenges are a key concern for members. So we’re delighted to be able to bolster our associate offering on this. Providing safe, warm and affordable homes is central to what housing associations do every day and the sector will continue its commitment to that.”
