MORAY Council is inviting local contractors to tender for a wide range of building maintenance work.
The new Building Services Contractors Framework will cover more than 6,400 council homes across Moray and includes 29 separate repair and maintenance lots.
Opportunities span a range of trades – such as builders, joiners, plumbers, electricians, painters, and roofers, as well as key specialist services including asbestos removal, damp and mould treatment, pest control, and scaffolding.
The framework will support both planned and reactive works and is expected to be used for all projects instructed directly by building services (DLO). Moray Council is encouraging experienced and qualified contractors from across the region to apply.
