LIVINGSTON-based Capital Service Solutions, a specialist commercial cleaning firm, has announced the appointment of Jill Thomson as head of business development.
Jill brings over 14 years of experience within the cleaning and integrated facilities management sector, having held roles with national and regional organisations including OCS and Spectrum Service Solutions. She was most recently customer relations director at Complete Cleaning Services.
The move follows the recent addition of Lawrence Curran as head of HSEQ and facilities management.
Capital Service Solutions provides commercial and specialist cleaning services and soft FM services including consumables, hygiene services, pest control, waste management and grounds maintenance to a UK-wide client base.
The company was named Business of the Year at the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in 2025.
