Barratt Homes launches next phase of Aberdeen apartments

BARRATT Homes is set to launch 21 new apartments at Riverside Quarter in Aberdeen this weekend.

The apartments – which the firm said have proven to be popular with first-time buyers, young professionals, and downsizers – range in price from £132,995 to £164,995.

Built on the site of the former Davidson Paper Mill in Bucksburn, Riverside Quarter features a selection of high-quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments with industry-leading energy efficiency built as standard.

An open-plan kitchen and living space is featured in most apartment styles, creating an ideal setting for those who enjoy hosting. Two available layouts offer a separate kitchen and living area, providing an alternative for those seeking more defined living spaces.

A select few plots also feature a balcony, linking the apartment with the outdoors, and seven layouts benefit from a high-quality en suite leading from the main bedroom.

Felipe Ferriera, sales director at Barratt Homes North Scotland, said, “We are looking forward to opening the doors to the latest phase of Riverside Quarter, where every home has been expertly designed using durable materials, practical layouts and meticulous attention to detail to ensure lasting value for home buyers.

“Our apartments reflect modern living and are particularly popular with young professionals, whether they’re purchasing the home on their own or with their partner.

“Riverside Quarter’s proximity to the business parks in Dyce and Bridge of Don makes it a great place for young professionals to settle. The development is also situated near the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route and Great Northern Road – an ideal location for those needing to commute around the city.”
