Dandara retains top customer satisfaction rating for sixth year in a row

DANDARA Scotland has been awarded five stars for customer satisfaction in the Home Builders Federation (HBF)’s national survey for the sixth year in a row.

The survey is designed to drive improvements in quality and customer care across the industry. For the first time, this year’s ratings are based on feedback from two surveys sent to buyers eight weeks and nine months after they moved into their new home, with scores averaged to calculate the overall rating.

Housebuilders are assessed on questions related to the quality of their home and the service they received. To receive a 5-star rating, builders must achieve a score of 4.15 out of 5 or higher. Dandara revealed that it scored 4.46.
