CRUDEN Homes has retained its five-star housebuilder rating for the second year running in the latest customer satisfaction survey run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in partnership with Homes for Scotland.
The rating is awarded to housebuilders whose customers report the highest levels of satisfaction with their homes and service.
This year’s rating reflects a new approach to measuring customer satisfaction across the industry, with results based on a broader range of feedback covering build quality and aftercare following the move-in experience. Cruden said the updated methodology is widely recognised as providing a ‘fairer and more comprehensive’ measure of customer satisfaction.
Fraser Lynes, chief executive of Cruden said, “We are incredibly proud to retain our five-star housebuilder status, particularly in a year where the way customer satisfaction is measured has evolved across the industry. This recognition reflects the dedication of our teams and the importance we place on delivering high-quality homes and providing excellent support to our customers throughout their homebuying journey and beyond.”
Cruden has recently appointed a new head of customer service and introduced new technology designed to streamline customer interactions, support requests and service operations.
